Multi-Location Management
This document explains how to configure, connect, and manage multiple Google Business Profile locations under a single FigureOut workspace. It covers location group management, cross-location analytics, bulk review and post operations, and the access control system for adding team member accounts.
1. Location Groups & How FigureOut Handles Them
Google Business Profile uses the concept of "Location Groups" (formerly Business Accounts) to organize multiple business listings under a single Google identity. FigureOut automatically detects all location groups associated with your Google account at the time of the OAuth authorization flow.
When you first set up a multi-location workspace, the Location Selector step will present all discoverable groups and individual listings. Select each property you want to activate within FigureOut. Each activated profile is isolated within the platform, allowing you to manage reviews, posts, and analytics independently or in bulk.
2. Bulk Post Publishing Across Locations
Multi-location users can publish identical or location-personalized posts to multiple GBP profiles simultaneously.
In the Post Composer, click "Select Locations" at the top of the draft form.
A multi-select dropdown will appear showing all active connected profiles. Tick the checkboxes for each location you want to target with this post.
Compose a shared post body and choose "Publish to All Selected" or schedule a future date for bulk dispatch.
3. Cross-Location Aggregated Analytics
The Analytics module in a multi-location workspace supports a consolidated view that aggregates all location metrics into a single-line reporting card. Use the Location Filter dropdown at the top of the Analytics page to switch between:
- All Locations (Aggregated): Combined impressions, call clicks, direction requests, and website clicks across your full location portfolio.
- Individual Location View: Drill-down performance for a single connected listing.
4. Review Inbox: Multi-Location Filtering
The Reviews inbox in multi-location mode defaults to showing all pending reviews across all connected profiles. Use the location filter chips at the top of the inbox to restrict the view to a single property. Each review card includes a location badge to identify which profile it belongs to.
5. Multi-Location Subscription Billing
FigureOut does not enforce strict artificial limits on the number of locations you can add. Instead, multi-location workspaces operate on a subscription seat model:
- Subscription per Location: Each active, connected Google Business Profile requires its own subscription seat (₹1,800/month, or discounted 3-month/1-year rates).
- Demo Limitations: The free 24-hour sandbox trial allows you to manage 1 sandbox location using mock data to explore all features.
- Dynamic Scaling: You can add new locations or release inactive ones dynamically from the Locations panel, and billing will adjust automatically.
