I built FigureOut after watching dozens of local business owners spend hours manually managing their Google presence — copy-pasting reviews, writing individual responses, struggling with Google's own dashboard. There had to be a better way.
FigureOut started as an internal tool for a few businesses. When it started saving them 3–4 hours per week and measurably improving their review response rates, I decided to make it available to all Indian SMEs.
