Statutory Rights under DPDP Act 2023 (Section 11)
Under Section 11 of the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act 2023, you have the right to obtain a confirmation of whether FigureOut is processing your personal data, a summary of personal data being processed, and the identities of all third parties with whom such data has been shared.
Categories of Disclosable Data
- Account Credentials & Metadata: Name, registration email, mobile phone number, IP authentication logs, and login timestamps.
- Google Business Profile Synchronizations: Location IDs, business titles, addresses, review reply logs, post generation histories, and rating matrices.
- Billing & Commercial Records: Subscription plan type, transaction reference IDs (UTR), payment proof logs, and billing history records.
Identity Authentication Safeguards
To protect customer privacy and prevent unauthorized data leaks, access summaries are only delivered to the verified email address on file. Our Data Governance team verifies user ownership through secondary token authentication before sensitive reports are generated.
Delivery Timelines & Format
