“Apart from their consistently delicious recipes and coffee, and rather rare fine dine service in a cafe, what I love about Roastery is their vision. As Jaipur continues to lose its character with the rise of lack-lustre and reproducible architecture, Roastery has built a marvel again. From restoring dilapidated houses floor to ceiling, edge to edge, the new outlet showcases excellent masonry, craft embroidered lighting and quality woodwork. 10/10 would recommend.
