“The salad with sandwich was smelling bad. It was rotten. How hard is it for you guys to cut fresh veggies??”
“One of the few cafes in Jaipur which is nicely lit by day - natural light. It's spacious yet cosy and the team has a sweet smile which was quite inviting. They are happy to accomodate requests and that is a great motivation for me to be a regular.”
“Roastery Coffee House in Jaipur easily sets the benchmark for specialty coffee and serene dining in the city. Tucked inside a beautifully restored heritage-style bungalow with a lush, green courtyard, the vibe here strikes the sweet spot between laid-back and upscale. Whether you sit outside under the canopy of trees or inside the cozy, warm-lit dining rooms, it feels worlds away from the city's bustle. The Coffee: They take their brews seriously. The pour-over (Monsoon Malabar) was clean, nuanced, and brewed to perfection. If you prefer something refreshing, their Cranberry Cold Brew and Cascara are must-tries—crisp, balanced, and remarkably smooth. You can tell the baristas genuinely know and respect their beans. The Food: Often, great coffee shops treat food as an afterthought, but Roastery delivers across the board. The peri-peri chicken sourdough pizza had a fantastic crust with just the right amount of char, and the mushroom and truffle oil pasta was rich and comforting. Do not skip the baked cheesecake—it is light, creamy, and easily one of the best in town. The Service & Ambience: The staff is courteous, well-versed in the menu, and happy to recommend a brew based on your palate. Service is brisk even when the courtyard fills up. Whether you are catching up on work, meeting friends for a slow Sunday brunch, or just in search of a masterfully pulled espresso, this place delivers on every front. 10/10 recommendation!”
