“Horrible customer care after their much worst seating arrangement. Very costly . A cappuccino and hot chocolates costs around 1200 rupees and that too mediocre taste. Made to seat on two seater arrangement at the entrance after promise to accommodate later but refused to seat us at suitable available table later by their staff. Came out immediately after trying their costly and ok beverages. There is more jogging space inside and outside than actual seating. Common and practical sense is missing in the design of this outlet.”
