“I recently visited Roastery Coffee House in Kokapet and had a mixed experience. Let me start with the positives — their coffee blends are absolutely outstanding. The food was equally impressive. However, the service was extremely disappointing. None of the staff attended to our table for a long time. Despite trying to get their attention multiple times, we were mostly ignored. The manager would simply wave a hand in acknowledgment but never actually come over to assist us. What made it more frustrating was that several staff members were just standing idle, yet no one took responsibility for our table. Great coffee and food can only go so far — attentive service is equally important to complete the experience. I genuinely hope they improve their hospitality because the quality of their offerings deserves much better service to match.”

“Need to have some more eggless bakery items on the menu. Why the heck cheesy fries have egg! Also the washroom space is very small. Need to have a couple of basins outside as well.”
