“This is a paradise for coffee lovers, set in a beautifully done old bungalow with a lovely outdoor seating. Update: 5 years later.. and this is still my favourite coffee place in Hyderabad.”

“We went to Roastery (one of our favoured cafes) on 26th Jan for lunch. This time there seemed to be many goofups in service. First, we had ordered 3 hot coffees, all of them were served cooler than Luke Warm. When pointed out to the server, he said that is the temperature coffee is served at!! Anyway, he had it heated but did not take care which cup was whose. Second, two of our party ordered the same sandwich but in different breads. The server failed to specify which was which . Third, the wrong cold coffee was served. Finally, fourth, the sandwiches were served without fries. That also had to be pointed out. While the servers are polite and friendly, so many mistakes should be avoided. Perhaps a little more training on attention to detail would help.”

“Overhyped and staff arrogance to the next level no wonder why coz people are dying to get a seat here including me as I wanted to show around my friends a good coffee shop. They never answer phones though they had published it on the site, once u get a seat no one bothers to even take your order. Not sure if management is reading the constructive comments and feedback coming their way or being ignorant as they are getting business out of others who don't speak up for their rights. The ambience is nice and cosy but in other areas, they have got a lot to work...they have changed a lot post-Covid. This place has been a favourite since 2017 but now wait for a seat and no one from the restaurant comes to help. Anyway! For once you can explore and experience yourself”
