“WORST FREAKING CAFÉ IN HYDERABAD. SHAME ON YOU. DON'T FREAKING KNOW WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS. WHAT ARE YOUR VALUES SERIOUSLY???? Its raining outside I walked in for coffee. There were FOUR EMPTY TABLES & they asked me to wait until a ONE SEATER OR TWO SEATER GETS EMPTY. This wasn't the first time at all. Literally everyone in city have same issue with Roastry. UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE. NON OF THEM ARE FROM HOTEL MANAGEMENT. Knowing their behavior I told there are 4 empty tables of you can't give one I'll just leave. I told them twice particularly. So then they told me to take a table. 20 mins up & they are already asking me to move to different table ( 2 seater). Again 3 tables were empty inside the café. So I asked them for bill WITHOUT HESITATION they ran got the bill & Saudi could leave. They didn't even have MANNERS that a customer didn't FINISH THEIR DRINK / FOOD. 4 people came to fasten the billing. After billing was done the waiter asks "" SHALL I REMOVE THE DRINK ". NO COMMON SENSE. DEAR MANAGER HOW WOULD YOU FEEL WHEN YOU'RE ASKED TO LEAVE, PAY& LEAVE. SUCH ARROGANT SERVICE. When told to main manager one ideal answer all the timw( sorry sir we won't let this happen again) EVERYTIME I HEAR THIS REPLY. I'm infront what you gonna do. His simple answer I'll talk to MY SUPERVISOR. DEAR SUPERVISOR I'M SEEKING AN ANSWERS FOR YOU CAFÉ BEHAVIOR. PLEASE DO TELL”
“One of our favorite places coffee in hyderabad. We love the cranberry coffee. Food and cakes are also very tasty. Staffs are friendly. Kids friendly restaurant.”
“Excellent place to dine and chat with your family and friends. They have both indoor and outdoor seating (mist spray and shade). Great range of food menu, predominantly continental cuisine, and excellent range of coffee and aromatic blends. Loved the Cheesy Onion Rings, one of the best rings in town. Cranberry Coffee was innovative. Cascara coffee is unique. Excellent presentation and taste of Minced chicken in white sauce. Margherita Pizza which normally is bland tasted good as well. On subsequent visits, have tried the chicken sausage omelette platter and loved it. Equally good were the spinach bruschetta and chocolate shake”

Brownie blend cold coffee, Peri peri Chicken wings, Zucchini fry and Twice baked chocolate cake must try! Bbq chicken sandwich, Alfredo White sauce pasta are also good... Brownie blend cold coffee and Peri peri Chicken wings are undoubtedly the best items here,same quality on every visit!!!”
“The food and the ambience is amazing but the staff is very very arrogant. We asked for two cold coffees, one with 2 espresso shot and one with 1 espresso shot. He got both with 1 and when we asked him to increase the shot in one of them he rudely asked how are you asking me to do it without tasting it. Spoiled my birthday. This isn't the first time it has happened, couple of times before they've done a lot of issues for seating when there are clearly a lot of empty spaces.”
