“On Monday morning, I visited this salon and had a horrible experience. The staff member who attended to me was a girl with fair skin, and she applied extremely hot wax to my upper lip. I even told her that the wax was so hot that it felt like it was evaporating, but she dismissed my concern and said it was fine. The pain and burning sensation became unbearable, and I finally had to ask her to stop, telling her that I would manage the rest myself. I paid the full amount and left, even though I was extremely disappointed and in pain. I have visited this salon multiple times before and have always been attended to by Aarti. However, this was my second experience with this particular staff member, and unfortunately, it was terrible. I cannot even express how painful and upsetting the experience was. A salon visit should be relaxing, not leave a customer dealing with a burning sensation and a ruined day. What disappointed me the most was that I clearly communicated my discomfort, but my concern was ignored. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and ensures that staff members handle hot wax carefully and listen to customers when they express pain or discomfort. No customer should have to go through this.”
