“I have visited this place 3 times in total. Out of the 3 times, twice I have been to their 104 Sector cafe. I have only had one feedback for them which is hygiene. The glasses smell like they haven't been properly washed. The staff was very kind to ensure that the glasses are thoroughly cleaned and checked with me if the issue had been resolved. Then my wife was casually sipping on their mint/lemon mojito and the ice in the drink had a hair strand frozen within it. Shared feedback and got the drink replaced with a no ice drink. My only point being, when you charge customers a great deal, you need to ensure that the highest quality standards are met. Thanks!”
