“A Memorable Visit to Cafe Athyeka 2.0 On Sunday, I had the pleasure of visiting Cafe Athyeka 2.0 to celebrate a friend's birthday. While it wasn't a full-blown party, we wanted to enjoy some delicious South Indian snacks, and this place did not disappoint. Located in a prime spot, the venue exudes a welcoming atmosphere, with modern decor and a relaxing ambiance that makes it an ideal spot for casual gatherings. The menu at Cafe Athyeka 2.0 is a delight for anyone who appreciates authentic South Indian cuisine. We decided to try a few classics: **filter coffee, onion uttapam, masala dosa, rava dosa, and podi dosa.** Each dish was expertly prepared, bursting with flavors that transported us straight to the streets of Chennai. The **filter coffee** was aromatic and rich, perfectly complementing the crispy, flavorful dosas and the soft, savory uttapam. A special shoutout to Mr. Shubhajit, who enhanced our experience with his exceptional service. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and provided excellent recommendations, ensuring we ordered dishes that suited our tastes. His warm hospitality made us feel right at home. Overall, Cafe Athyeka 2.0 is a gem for anyone looking to enjoy authentic South Indian flavors in a charming setting. Whether you're a fan of dosas or just looking for a cozy spot to unwind with friends, this cafe is worth visiting again and again. Highly recommended!”
“I went there with family members and many of my relatives have already visited the South India and had the opinion that this far off from south indian food and I have to say the food was bland and hardly had any proper taste .. its really a shame .. the location is amazing but thats it, I personally feel sorry for the staff”
“Food, service and ambience was good. But filter coffee was totally disgusting , cold and toasted salty.”
“Very well maintained and clean resturant. Good place for family members”
“Food is very nice, authentic and freshly prepared. Ambience is nice. Parking is easily available.”
“The food was good and must try coconut paysum. Special thanks to Ajay for nice hospitality.”
“I love South Indian/coastal cuisine. Have tried it multiple times at various restaurants in Delhi. Athyeka falls short in terms of balance of flavours and general taste. The Andra chicken curry lacked flavour. It was bland. The ghee roast didn’t taste like ghee roast. The drinks menu was limited and the drinks didn’t taste good either tried the spicy guava drink which was legit canned guava juice mixed with tobacco. Do not recommend. Ambience was very nice. Expected the food to taste just as good.”
“Very tasty authentic south indian cuisine”
“This place has a homely vibe with all of its simple and sort of traditional southern Indian-inspired decor. The atmosphere makes the food and time spent there worth a visit alone, then the yummy food becomes a bonus. We had multiple dishes and all of them were really good ..Did not disappoint at all. Parking can be an issue as it's in the residential + commercial sector so it doesn't have full commercial sector or block-style parking lots.”
