“Had a really wonderful experience at Cafe Athyeka. The overall atmosphere of the cafe is warm, inviting, and perfect for spending quality time with family and friends. The ambience is thoughtfully designed, making the place feel comfortable and relaxing. Coming to the food, everything we tried was delicious and well-prepared. The flavours were balanced, the presentation was appealing, and the quality of the food was impressive. Each dish had its own unique taste, and the portions were also satisfying. The service deserves a special mention. The staff was polite, friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. They made sure we were comfortable and that everything was taken care of throughout our visit. The service was smooth and added a lot to the overall experience. Overall, Cafe Athyeka is a great place if you're looking for good food, pleasant ambience, and excellent hospitality. I genuinely enjoyed my visit and would definitely love to come back again. “Very disappointing experience at Athyeka, Sector 104, Noida — especially the service We visited Athyeka to enjoy their Onam Sadya, and while the food itself was good, the service was extremely disappointing. There were around 20 items mentioned in the Sadya menu, but at least 5 items were not served to us. When we pointed this out, the response was simply, “Oh, we might have missed it.” There was no sense of urgency or concern. The rasam was another issue. My husband had ordered the non-veg thali, while my mother-in-law and I had the veg thali. Rasam was served with his thali but not ours. When we asked about it, we were told that it was included in the veg thali too. However, it was finally served after we had already finished our meal. Even then, the attitude was very casual, as if it didn’t really matter. The dessert experience was even more confusing. Three desserts were listed on the menu, but only two were served, and the third was served in only one of the thalis. When I asked for the remaining portions, I was told that only two dessert options were supposed to be served. If that was the case, it should have been clearly mentioned on the menu rather than listing three. By the time we were trying to sort this out, we had already finished our meal. Eventually, out of sheer frustration, I asked for the bill. Even the bill took around 10 minutes to arrive, while the staff continued explaining that the dessert wasn’t available, etc. The biggest problem wasn’t even the missing items — it was the extremely casual and indifferent attitude towards the whole situation. For a restaurant offering a special Onam Sadya experience, I expected much better coordination, attentiveness and hospitality. Food: 👍 Good Service: 👎 Extremely poor Overall experience: Very disappointing I hope the management takes this feedback seriously because the food has potential, but the service needs significant improvement.”
