“My go to place in the entire city of Calcutta. The most interesting and cozy ambience of Roasterycoffeehouse never disappoints. I have come to this place for brunch, lunch and dinner and simply stopped by for some coffee. Cranberry cold brew being their signature, crowd favourite and the best. Love the paprika cheese balls, spaghetti,Bruschettas... And the twice baked cheese cake and chocolate cheese cake”

“wanted to try this place for so long and finally after making it happen on an afternoon for lunch, I am somewhat disappointed. We went for lunch, famished and so eager to try their coffee and flatbread pizza. What disappointed us was the time they took to serve the food. Though they had told us beforehand while ordering that it will take time, >1 hour for a pizza is too much. The beverages arrive very early , it's just the food which takes time. And also I didnt like either the pizza or the chicken stuffed sausage. Each staff was super nice and so well behaved, they cartered to all our requests. I haven't seen such niceness in a long time in any south kol cafe. The Cranberry Coffee is the OG. Hands down. The best. Definitely going back for this again. This place is perfect for a hangout , for catching up with friends for long hours with coffee. Nobody will rush you to leave. But not recommended for filling your appetite. Also I missed some music in the background!”

“We have been frequenting Roastery since its inception, but had a terrible, hard-to-believe experience yesterday. The main course took almost 45 minutes to arrive (instead of 30 minutes), and when it arrived, it did not come with the Mexican rice. As we were very hungry, we proceeded to eat it without rice anyway. 10 minutes after we had finished, the male server brought the rice, much to our disbelief. Like, what was he expecting? Could he not see the empty plates? He should have spared the establishment and himself the embarrassment. On top of everything, there was no manager in sight. Overall, it was an insulting experience. Taking customers for granted is nothing new in Kolkata, but until yesterday, I didn't think Roastery would join the bandwagon.”

“Why I deducted one star from the service is because after we were done with one of the many courses that we had ordered, we thought of changing spoons before moving onto the next one. All they had on the table in the basket were serving spoons, the huge ones. We asked them for extra spoons, they stuffed the basket with more serving spoons. We were speechless. It has been my all time favorite café though, I have been visiting this place since my college days, and this experience will not stop me from visiting them. We were a just a little shocked, given their newly developed high-end clientele.”
