“Have had an awful experience on Women's Day. I went there with a lot of expectations but the place is too overhyped. Ordered Iced Mocha which was served within minutes but the peri peri chicken pizza took ages to be served that too after n number of reminders. The only lame excuse was they aren't being able to manage the crowd. Received the pizza in cold condition. Certain staff behaviour is absolutely not upto the mark. The Manager himself carried a 'I don't care attitude.' Customer requests were hardly catered to. The worst part, on women's day, Ladies washroom didn't have water owing to an ongoing pump issue.”
