“Best zucchini fries”

“One of my favourite places in Kolkata. I didn’t enjoy Kolkata as much as I enjoyed this authentic coffee oriented cafe. I tried the turmeric latte and I was shocked. It was so good and unique. Also tried the cranberry latte and it didn’t disappoint either. Also had pizza 🍕 which was good. The aioli was not meant for me but you guys might like it.”

“Roastery Coffee House is a nice place, but I personally think it's a little overhyped. The ambience is great and it's easy to see why it's so popular, but the overall experience didn't quite live up to the hype for me. The food was good and definitely the stronger part of the menu. The coffee, however, was just decent—not bad by any means, but not the best I've had either. The service could also be much better, especially considering how busy the place gets. One thing I'd definitely recommend is avoiding weekends if you can. The waiting time is absolutely insane, and spending so long just to get a table takes away from the experience. If you visit during a quieter time, you'll probably enjoy it a lot more. Update: My recent visit was unfortunately worse than the previous one. The service was quite poor, and to make matters worse, my iced Americano had a strand of hair in it. The staff did replace it with another Americano, which I appreciated, but this is still a serious food-safety issue that shouldn't be overlooked. I hope the team takes this seriously and pays closer attention to hygiene and quality control. For a place with Roastery's reputation, food safety should be non-negotiable.”
