“Last weekend, I visited your cafe alone. When I asked for a table, one of the staff members told me to wait for 15–20 minutes until a table became available. I was made to sit at the center table, and although I waited for 20 minutes and noticed 1–2 tables being vacated, I was not offered one. When I asked again, I was told that people waiting outside would be given the table—but those guests had arrived after me. Despite this, they were prioritized over me. Since I was hungry, I had no option but to place my order at the center table. Meanwhile, tables kept getting vacated, yet no one approached me to shift. This is very disappointing. It seems that solo customers are made to wait while groups are given preference, even though your policy is supposed to be first come, first serve. Such treatment can make anyone who comes alone feel uncomfortable and unwelcome.”
