“Highly Disappointing Experience – Not Worth the Hype I visited this place with my cousins and kids, having traveled all the way from the USA with very high expectations after seeing the glowing reviews on social media. Unfortunately, the reality was a huge letdown. The coffee was terrible — I specifically asked for it extra hot, but it arrived cold. That kind of basic service failure is simply unacceptable. The food was equally disappointing in terms of quality, yet the prices were unreasonably high. It felt like we were paying a premium for nothing. To make matters worse, we noticed cockroaches on the premises, which is a serious hygiene concern and something no customer should ever have to deal with. I would strongly advise others to think twice before visiting. Don’t let the social media hype fool you — save your money and your appetite for somewhere that actually delivers on its promises.”
