“Nice place for hangout.”

“Had a horrendous experience with a server named Rupali in the Roastery Cafe. We sat with two coffees in Roastery which seemed like a moderately busy day for the cafe. We got the table after 15mins of wait. I was on a date and our table time was around 50mins which seemed like quite fair (even compared to my experience in other Roastery cafes in Hyderabad and Kolkata). The server first served us a wrong coffee order and then later changed with hesitation. Then she proceeded on to keep asking us whether we have finished as soon as our glass was half empty. She took my date's glass within seconds of her taking the last sip. 5minutes later I was clicking a picture and she suddenly came with a very untoward and disdainful look almost snatched my glass off the table when I had a good two sips left. Me and my date were both perplexed. This left me on an embarassing note in front of my date. No server should behave this way especially they should read the room. There's a reason we pay a large buck for a table in these expensive cafes. This behaviour is unacceptable. I hope she is held accountable.”

“Visited a few months ago. Went in for coffee. Tried the cranberry coffee for the first time ever. It's espresso with cranberry juice...A very different drink but very good. Must have for those who love a bitter coffee and fruity flavours”
