“One of the worst hospitality experiences I've had. We were a group of 15 ladies. We were seated but completely ignored—no water, no menus, not even a greeting after sitting for several minutes. Staff walked by us multiple times and didn't acknowledge us once. After waiting far too long, we decided to leave, and no one even noticed or cared. If this is how they treat their guests, I have no interest in finding out how the food is. Absolutely unacceptable.”
