“I didn't have a good experience at Roastery. Food is definitely good in taste but I felt that the portions were a bit less. The Mexican pizza in particular was very good but the cheesecake left me sorely disappointed. The food was good overall but I am giving this place 2 Stars because I felt the service was very lacking and uncoordinated. Let me explain my experience with the service: 1) I asked them to serve me coffee and pizza at the same time but they could only serve me the coffee after I had already finished my pizza. And that too after I asked about it twice. 2) After coffee, I ordered a Double Baked Chocolate Cake. It was not available. The problem is not that it wasn't available but that they made me wait 10 minutes and I had to inquire about the cake multiple times before they told me that it wasn't available. Didn't even apologise for making me wait 10 minutes just to tell me that. After that, I ordered the cheesecake which was anyways disappointing. 3) They were again uncoordinated and quite slow when I asked them for a bill as I wanted to pay offline. They must have taken atleast 5-10 minutes just to get me the bill. 4) Overall, I felt that there was no particular waiter assigned to my table and that they didn't seem interested in following up about any orders or requests. Roastery really needs to improve its service. As for me, I won't be visiting this place again because of my experience with them today.”
