“The food, coffee and ambience and service from Ms Ruby was really warm and welcoming.”
“I was in Lucknow just for a day (a few weeks back) and dropped by Roastery Coffee House for a quick coffee break. I found this place on Google Maps while searching for a new café nearby, and honestly, the photos and ratings were convincing enough to make me walk straight in. And the moment I reached, I could tell I made the right choice 😄 The ambience here is truly beautiful. From the outside, the café looks like a warm little cottage draped in fairy lights, like it’s glowing (literally). It gives off this festive vibe even on an ordinary evening. Inside, it’s spacious and very soothing. The arches, soft lighting and wooden shelves made the whole space a bit cosy. I even loved the bar-style seating facing the counter. There’s also outdoor seating surrounded by plants, which adds even more charm to the place. So here’s what I ordered for me & my parents. I got 2 Hot Cappuccinos and an Iced Americano (for myself), and both were great! The cappuccino was nice and comforting. The Iced Americano was served in a wine glass (which I actually loved), and it tasted good too ✨ For snacks, I tried their Mini Zucchini Fries and these were actually amazing. The pictures don’t lie. They were crisp, well-seasoned with peri-peri, and the portion size is pretty generous too. I get why this is one of their best-selling appetisers and I would definitely recommend this as well. Next up was the Cheesy Chicken Sausage Garlic Bread, and I was not expecting what arrived. These were huge, loaded halves - definitely different from the usual café-style garlic breads. The cheese wasn’t overly gooey (which I personally prefer), and the chicken sausages were added in just the right amount. Very good in taste and I finished off the whole plate! The service was smooth and quick. There were plenty of staff members handling the counter and the floor, and even though the café was packed, we didn’t have to wait long for anything. Overall, my experience at Roastery was genuinely lovely. Amazing ambience, great coffee, and surprisingly good food! I’d definitely come back the next time I’m in Lucknow.”
“Me, my soon to be wife and my sibling went to this beautiful place situated at the other end of Hazratganj near KD Singh Babu stadium metro station. It has been a long awaited place to visit since I arrived in Lucknow, my hometown from Europe for my marriage with my partner. She is a south asian born in Europe and was craving non-Indian food. We were all mesmerized by the beauty of this place because it is also situated on the campus of Jahangirabad Palace. The ivory and brown interiors with detailed archways with marbled tables and comfy chairs made this place a very timeless and unique place to dine-in. The uniformed staff were very pleasant, attentive and Ruby was a great server. We had Iced Cranberry Coffee, Aam panna Mojito, and 55% hot chocolate. I had high hopes for Iced Cranberry Coffee but it's not my thing, I will stick with Mocha. Dark chocolate was great, and was served with a piece of Brownie (for vegetarians, please know that the Brownie contains eggs). For the food, we got Bbq Chicken Sandwich, Mushroom Burger, Mutton Lasagna, and Spaghetti Bolognaise (Mutton). While the Chicken Sandwich and Mushroom Burger were exceptional and were served with crinkle cut fries and sprouted moong bean salad plus dip, the Italian food was heavily indianised. This is of course understandable as living in Europe I know how much Indian food is westernised and limiting. However, Lasagna lacked bechemel sauce which is the most important component of the Lasagna. It was also too spicy for my European wife :( The Mutton in both Lasagna and Bolognaise were closer to Mutton keema than a richly cooked minced meat in tomato sauce but I get it hahah. I also think that the music in this establishment does not match the vibe, could be calmer or jazz. In essence however, I highly recommend this place. A little bit of calm in this busy chaotic city.”
“Their cold coffee with brownie is on another level…..loved it ❤️🩷”
“Great ambience and good food. Amongst the best coffee house of Lucknow. Try the avocado guacamole bun.”
“Good”
“I’d heard about Roaatery and its famous cranberry coffee, and during my trip to Lucknow, I finally tried it. It truly lived up to its reputation — great taste, lovely ambience, and excellent value for money. The café, set beside a palace complex, was buzzing. I also learned about its founder, Nishant Sinha — an inspiring story from barista to building a fast-growing brand with even an outlet in Finland. Wishing Roastery and its trademark cranberry coffee all the best. I’m definitely going to be a regular.”
“Had a great time. Service was prompt. Staff is polite and helpful. Cranberry coffee and Zucchini fries are a must try. Good food, good vibes makes it an ideal place for hangout.”
