“If you want to wait 55 minutes for a coffee that comes tepid and brewed over a sewer, come here. Their service is abysmal. They’re so shameless that despite asking them 10 times politely they still don’t deliver. I waited 55 minutes. For an iced mocha and an ice pour over and they delivered tepid sewer water and iced mocha without the ice.”
