“First time visit to any of their outlet. Ambience is good, Food and drinks were great, their coffee was the most genuine coffee that I've ever had. Service was also good. One thing that can be improved is their parking space but still 5 stars.”

“I went there for New Years, gonna give you heads up. This place lacks parking, there isn’t parking here since there are offices at the back of this cafe so be aware of that. Also, the guide charged us 20 rupees even though we couldn’t get a spot at this cafe. Nevermind. Coming back, this place is limited with its seating area since it’s a small cafe. A little room to sit outside if you wanna have a look at the Jahangira Palace. I was disappointed because it’s a new cafe and there was no one to greet us or even help us with getting a place to sit. I would say not a well managed cafe as of now because I have visited cafes and they do run out of space and have a waiting but there’s someone at the entrance who manages that, so you need on that. And ofcourse on the parking too. Food I can’t rate much on that since we never got a spot. It’s a nice situated cafe, a formal and vintage vibe one. Not sure if I’d recommend someone to come here as of now.”

“Disappointing Experience I had high hopes for this restaurant based on the reviews, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. 1. Food Quality: The dishes lacked flavor and freshness. [Provide specifics, e.g., “The pasta was overcooked, and the sauce tasted bland.”] 2. Service: The staff seemed inattentive and took a long time to take our order. We also had to wait an unreasonable amount of time for our food. 3. Cleanliness: The table wasn’t clean when we were seated, which was off-putting. I hope the management addresses these issues, as the restaurant has potential. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning until improvements are made The management team was very careless.”

“Valet parking system is terrible! Had to wait almost an hour outside the place. And have heard many of the visitors facing the same problem. Taste is good, though, not as good as the Gomti Nagar outlet. Also, the service is too slow !”
