“Good”

“I recently visited this cafe on July 27.The prices were above average, but the taste of the food was just average. We ordered a cappuccino, two kinds of pizzas, and a barbecue burger, but what really disappointed us was the service.There was noise. The most petty thing that caught our attention was the ketchup sachet. When we requested a sauce bottle, the server informed us that we had to adjust with the sachet only. This seemed quite unreasonable, especially considering the high prices we paid. It's basic amenities like these that make a huge difference in the overall experience. The cafe's hi-tech scanner menu seemed like a gimmick, given the lack of attention to such basic details. Overall, the experience was disappointing, and I wouldn't recommend this cafe to others unless they improve their service and amenities. Recommendation: Work on improving service and amenities, such as providing sauce bottles instead of sachets, to match the prices and tech-savvy menu system.”
