“I am a regular customer of your coffee shop and have visited your stores in Kolkata, Hyderabad, and Noida. Recently, I have been visiting your Film Nagar, Hyderabad store, which opened just around three months ago. Unfortunately, I have noticed that the interior work has not been executed properly by the vendor, and several things have already started deteriorating, including paintwork, damaged granite edges, and tile grout issues. With weekend events now taking place at this branch, footfall is increasing even more. Your coffee shop is a well-known brand, and I believe the store's ambience and maintenance should reflect the same quality as your food and service. Whenever I visit any of your branches, I personally share my feedback because I genuinely like your brand. I request you to please look into these issues and ensure that even the smallest details are properly maintained. It would be disappointing to see a newly opened store deteriorate so quickly due to poor interior workmanship. I hope you will take this feedback positively and ensure that the store is maintained with the same care and quality that customers expect from your brand.”
