“No matter how good the ambience is or food is. The service is the worst. Zero management and mark my words you are losing customers day by day if you don’t deploy/hire more staff. The moment you walk in there is literally no one to greet you or ask you where you want to be seated. It is like just find your own place. There are tables outside, there are tables inside in such a big floor there is only 2 people serving the tables. I have seen literally 2 families had to get up and go to the billing counter to ask for the bill because the only 2 servers are occupied with so many tables. There is literally a table abandoned beside me since half an hour and there is no one to clean up that table and the leftovers. I will attach the image of it. If they want to run this place owners need to step up. Hope they find this review in good light.”
