“Overhyped place! The food was quite horrible. We ordered a plate of onion rings - raw onion with frozen cheese filling - inedible, to say the least. The coffee is also fairly average and not worth ₹400 at all.”

“Really pathetic experience with the service of staff which is basic requirement of any restaurant chain. Went to the place for some coffee, they showed us to a table, right when we sat and started looking at menu, one staff came and very rudely told us to vacate the table saying it was somebody else’s table. We stood up, but that staff didn’t have one bit decency to show us the other table properly. Firstly, it was lack of coordination from the staff themselves that we were shown wrong table. Then, even if it was wrong, it’s fine - there are basic manners to convey the same. And recognise the lapse. Ideally staff should have been decent enough to show the other table. But nothing of that sort. So we decided to leave. And even then no member of the staff had one bit decency to ask what was wrong. Really respected Roastery as a brand but service at Dwarka outlet was disappointing.”

“Good Ambience, good spread of italian but Not at all worth the prices as the portions are small and no dine in coupons were accepted... ambiance can be better with some music .service is good but can be sped up. "icing on the cake" was a slice of cake they gave complimentary since it was mothers day.”
