“I had the most shocking and infuriating experience at this café. As a lifelong vegetarian I am extremely particular about what I eat. I ordered a vegetarian sandwich, and to my utter disgust, I was served a non-veg sandwich with chicken. Halfway through my meal, I noticed something was off, and to my horror, it was chicken! When I brought this to the manager's attention, their response was beyond unacceptable. They had the audacity to claim that I had asked for a non-veg sandwich. As someone who has never and will never eat meat, and who cannot even bring themselves to utter the word "non-veg," I was appalled by their attitude. This is not just negligence, this is not just a matter of poor service but a serious violation of trust. If this is how they treat their customers, especially when it comes to dietary preferences, I will never be returning to this place again, and I strongly advise anyone who values their food preferences and beliefs to steer clear of this café.”

“I recently visited Roastery Coffee House Cafe and had a fantastic experience. The food was absolutely delicious! The pasta was cooked perfectly, with a rich and flavorful sauce. The cranberry coffee was a delightful surprise - the tangy cranberry complemented the coffee beautifully. And let's not forget the onion rings - crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and served with a delicious dipping sauce.”
