Client Reviews & Experiences

“This place connects straight with my heart and if service is a consideration, Roastery Coffee House is a Benchmark in this industry. Our Order: 1. Mushroom Burger: Their Buns. Wow! Simply amazing. They have such soft buns filled with mushrooms and cream sauce. Epic Vegetarian Burger. 2. Landmark Zucchini French Fries: It is their landmark serving and they have nailed it. Zucchini deep fried with cornflour, maida and peri peri masala. We went there specially for the fries. "Just looking like a Wow"! 3. Aglio E-Olio: Cooked with precision as well as perfection. Apt amount of Olive oil, simple, bland and rich in flavour. Absolutely on point. This was the food part. Now, the service. This is where the magic begins. We pointed to our server that our fries (with mushroom burger) were cold and soggy. The server immediately went in and brought us another bowl of fresh fries. Then, we brought another bowl (complimentary) as a compensation. They were perfect. Hot, crisp and non greasy. Later, post our meal.. We were served Cinnamon Brownie, again complimentary. Served as a compensation for the cold fries. Wow! We were humbled by such hospitality and service. The server (Mr. Sumit) was on his toes throughout and had apt knowledge about every dish that was served. All in all, it was an exceptional experience and kudos to Sumit and other team members for caring well for their customer. Cheers!”
