“I'd only heard rumours about this place "to have the best java in Jaipur".. 🤫 pleasantly surprised when they weren't just rumours.. i visited twice, ordered once more. Absolutely loved the food and the attention to detail of the people who work here. Speak to the lovely and knowledgeable people here to get recommendations of their home-grown brews.. The pastry chef, Sakshi (pictured here) is such a caramel tart herself. She introduced me to the range of chocolates they make and i sampled a few, and they were insane..I got some strawberry gooey pie fresh out of the oven for my friends bday and it was heaven 🥰.. Geethani another lovely waitress was an absolute sweetheart, very attentive and homely.. it is the people that make the place, and at Roastery, people are definitely the heart of the place.. ❤️☕”
