“Highly unprofessional behaviour by your staff. I was here earlier today, I believe your staff was a fair host, but one of your waiters was highly unprofessional, after paying the bill which my host had taken a picture of, one of your staff waiters’ stopped me at the restaurant gate and started asking for screenshot of payment which was never took by me, and did not even let me give me my valet ticket to get my car, in the mean time. Then proceeded to claim to see proof of bill payment, I made repeated requests to call the host who attended me. Then your waiter starts claiming I didn’t pay the full bill considering my Swiggy Black payment showed a coupon being redeemed, I explained that it was a coupon and demanded my host. To which your staff just stopped and asked me to leave along with my accomplice. Apparently on a festival after we went to a temple, after an additional holdout. If this isn’t the definition of disrespect to a customer, I’d like to extend you the question where do your boundaries lay? FYI, I attached my bill.”
