“Service is a bit slow but overall a very very good experience”

“I’ve had a very disappointing experience ordering from Roastery Coffee House. It’s been 9 days since I placed my order, and I still haven’t received my coffee. I’ve ordered from many Indian roasters before like Aaraku, Half Light, Sip Magic, Love Kappi, Maverick & Farms, and Korebi, but never had such a bad experience. I called Roastery Coffee House three times — twice no one picked up, and once they asked me to share my details on WhatsApp. I did that immediately but got no response. My parcel has been moving between Gurgaon and Delhi for over a week now, and neither Blue Dart nor the Roastery team has taken responsibility. As a coffee enthusiast, freshness matters a lot to me, and such delays completely ruin the experience. Even when I faced a delay once with Half Light, their owner personally called and apologized — that kind of customer care goes a long way. Unfortunately, Roastery Coffee House has shown no accountability or concern. Really disappointed and won’t be ordering again unless things change for the better.”
