“I visit Roastery Coffee House, Banjara Hills almost daily, so this is definitely not a one-time experience. The staff here is consistently warm, friendly, and attentive; special mention to Saroj, Bansi, Gita, and Krittiwas, who always go out of their way to make sure we’re well taken care of. Their service genuinely makes this place feel welcoming. The coffee and food have always been great, and it’s one of my go-to spots to relax or work. A small suggestion for the management: adding charging points and increasing the number of tables would make the experience even better, especially during busy hours. Overall, an excellent cafe and highly recommended.”

“Absolutely in love with the place. Ordered cappuccino, iced immersions and cofee milk shake which came out wonderful and loved the taste of their coffee. Their ambience is also great. Their pizzas are of thin crust and tastes amazing. I plan to visit this place soon. During the weekends the place will be crowded and have to wait for 30-40 minutes.”

“Had to wait for 30 mins while they mentioned waiting is 10 mins. service is worst. Staff do not have courtesy to put proper cutlery and for everything had to mention couple of times. Food taste was good but service is worst. Staff was not polite and it was like restaurant is doing charity instead of getting business”
