Customer service should be respectful and welcoming. I would not recommend this place because of the poor staff behaviour.”

“We were a group of 4 ladies visiting Hyderabad for a holiday. We had Americano coffee, chicken sausage omelet platter, Roastery special sunny side up, mushroom and cheese omelet platter, avocado bruschetta and cranberry coffee. Everything was very fresh, appealing and fantastic on taste. All these items are highly recommended! Deepak was very helpful!”

“This place was something that I was looking forward to but was thoroughly disappointed by the experience. They serve decent food but the service is extremely bad. When asked to provide glasses, we had to ask repeatedly. To top it all, they forgot to pack much of the food, especially the cake that my kids were looking. forward to eat at home. Overall, considering my earlier average experience at other Roastery outlet, I am certainly not going back here.”
