“Update: Was here a couple of days ago and their coffee quality has plummeted. Ordered at least three different pour overs - the Raxidi Lobo, C & T estate, and Monsoon Malabar. Save Raxidi Lobo that was somewhat palatable, the remaining coffees were undrinkable. Also bizarrely, they’ve dropped the nitro cold brew from their menu, which in my opinion was their USP. The ambience remains just as good, but they need to up their coffee game again. I had a similar review about their newest outlet in Film Nagar. Roastery’s coffee has levelled up — and the nitro cold brew surprised me (in the best way). I think Roastery has really upped their coffee game recently. Last evening I tried their nitro cold brew (I usually prefer hot coffee) and genuinely enjoyed it — highly recommended. The ambience is consistently excellent. Indoor or outdoor, it’s aesthetically done and feels relaxed. They’ve started running mist fans ahead of summer, which was slightly annoying this time, but it’ll probably be a lifesaver in a few weeks. Also: big appreciation for the no-smoking policy, even outdoors. It makes a huge difference. I didn’t eat this visit, so I can’t comment on the menu right now. From past visits though, vegan options felt limited, which is a bit of a bummer. That said, friends have told me the food is quite good. Quick shout-out to their beans too — Ratnagiri Amara Rose and Seraphine (jasmine) make beautiful pour-overs. Service-wise, I like the tech-forward ordering (great when you know what you want), but the system can be buggy and doesn’t always grey out unavailable items. Staff remain friendly and courteous. One serious gripe: single-use plastic water bottles. In 2026, it’s hard to justify when reusable glass bottles are right there. Many large hotel chains have already moved to refillable glass; I hope Roastery defaults to that too. Overall: a top pick in Banjara Hills for a caffeine fix.”

“My experience was ruined because of one staff member’s unprofessional attitude. He was rude, uninterested in helping, and spoke in an inappropriate manner. Customer service was clearly not a priority for him. This behavior reflects poorly on the establishment, and I strongly suggest better staff training and accountability. The employee I’m talking about is the receptionist person named “Tushar” . Otherwise everything about the cafe is just perfect!!”
