“Will never visit again, arrogant and rude female staff ( Kiran and Fiza). They need to be trained on some manners. Past review From 2024: Best coffee in town. Excellent food and very hospitable staff. A special thanks to Mr. Bhanu Prakash for the outstanding service. Btw the coffee shop cannot automatically add service charge on the bill as it contravenes the provision of consumer protection laws and amounts to an unfair trade practice.You can be taken to court fyi and fined Rs. 50,000/-. I’m writing this as an advocate !! Fast forward to 2026: Horrible service at breakfast. Miss Kiran was extremely rude while taking the order. When I specifically told her that my daughter cannot have spicy food and asked her if a dish was spicy she snapped at me and asked if I wanted spicy food !! Is that the way to talk to a customer who pays for food!! Acted like she was doing us a favour by attending to us .. Sandwich was soooo spicy, didn’t enjoy it at all ! Then I spoke to the manager Miss Deepa , she was apologetic and was polite and I requested her to remove the service charge when I was done (since the service was pathetic) !! Why would I tip them when the lady taking the order can’t even talk nicely !! Then Miss Fiza gets us the bill while we were still eating, puts it on the table and just walks away, very rudely, didn’t even ask how I wanted to pay !! Who gets a bill when the customer is still eating .. This was it , it was so insulting, I got up went to the counter and paid my bill !! Such horrible service by these 2 women ! The male staff is so much better ! Never again will I visit this place for breakfast again !! I’m sure Any other place has better service than this !! Anyway visited Roast which is right opposite, I must say they know how to treat a customer .. Staff is well trained and polite, maybe Roastary can learn a thing or two from the place right opposite ? Plus they do not add service charge automatically!!”
