“It is sad that such a good establishment offers such a pathetic customer experience. The food was delicious and also there was not a lot of wait time. It all started at the point when I had to pay my bill, I politely asked the waiter to strike off the service charges from bill, to which he had an instant reaction and got me an updated bill. As soon as we paid the bill, the waiter did not even say thank you or care to look at us. It is okay and we can understand when someone is busy but he made us feel that we were not welcome there. When we started looking around the cafe and climbed the first stair inside, the waiter with a lot of attitude said we cannot go very bluntly. There is a way to say no to something but this attitude was a deliberate attempt to be rude towards us just so we did not pay the service charge, either you train your employees hospitality or shut the place. For your information we visited the place on 17th November 2024, at 2100 hrs table 29. I would not recommend this place to any family, friends or acquaintances.”
