“I recently visited Roastery Coffee, expecting the same great food and coffee I’ve always enjoyed. Unfortunately, the experience was nothing short of disappointing. We ordered lasagne, which arrived cold, with undercooked sheets—completely ruining the dish. The bruschetta also seemed stale, adding to the letdown. To make things worse, when we requested the food to be packed, it was carelessly stuffed into a tiny box, with everything piled on top of each other. They didn’t even have a basic paper bag for takeaway. For a place that charges premium prices, this level of service is unacceptable. Overall, the quality has degraded significantly, and I won’t be returning. A huge disappointment!”
