Driver Professionalism and Quality:2 Driver was punctual but was greedy asking for extra amount than decided also insist for hurry up although we are on time as per decided schedule. He also take vehicle to his personal use which cost me around extra charge of 35 km. 4. Vehicle Quality and Comfort:5 * Cleanliness: * Interior and exterior of the vehicle are spotless and well-maintained. * Absence of odors. * Condition & Maintenance: * Vehicle is in excellent mechanical condition. 5.
