Edited review (28-04-2026): I just noticed after 2 years that Kamlesh Travels replied with false allegations, so I want to clarify a few things. I am an NRI and I understand clearly how waiting charges work. Normally, a few hours of waiting may be reasonable, but in my case, the situation was completely different. I have used Kamlesh’s service 3–4 times from Ahmedabad Airport to Vadodara. He never comes himself and always sends different drivers with different cars. On that particular day, there was only about 20 minutes of waiting at my relative’s home in Vadodara. The driver did not mention any extra charges at the start of the journey. However, near the airport, he suddenly demanded RM 500 extra for “waiting,” even though the total agreed fare was RM 1600. I called Kamlesh around 11:00 pm to clarify, but he sounded intoxicated and spoke very rudely. Instead of resolving the issue, he was threatening, so I chose not to engage further at that time. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had. The allegations made in his reply are completely false. His comments about community and mental health are also inappropriate and unprofessional. For anyone reading this: please be cautious. Services like Uber or one-way taxi providers are far more reliable.”
