“Great ambience with great services”

“It was my best experience with ikonic, i loved it.”

“Not at all worth spending money and get worst service. 1. My hairs started getting curved in a week of getting my smoothening done. 2. I asked for U shape haircut while they just trimmed my hair in blunt shorten my length. 3. In the name of hair spa they assign a very junior girl (not the one whom I asked to do my spa) she was applying the cream on rationing and then put hot towel to my head which leads to neck pain, I had to request them to remove as it was too painful to put a heavy wet towel on my head. (even small ladies parlours also have steamers) 4. Later when I asked to remove towel they come up with steamer saying - it was not working earlier(it’s a newly opened parlor with 2nd hand equipments) 5. Without any massage spa they just asked me to come for hair wash immediately(while washing immediately after hot steam is not recommended by good salons). 6. I again had to ask question to them that do you call this as hair spa- so they create some scene with the girl assigned to me and then give me a 2 minute vibrator massage☹️. I went here with lot of expectations of having a good salon near my resident area, it is not at all worth to waste money and get treated with untrained staff. I will not be visiting again for such a horrible experience!!”

“Ikonic Salon – Shalimar Garden branch 💇‍♀️✨ I got my haircut at this proper salon and had a good experience 😊 The staff was polite, the place was well-maintained, and the service was nice. I’m happy with the result”
