“I took a global hair colour from the salon yesterday. The staff advised to go for pre-light first . It was my 6th time taking a hair colour and i knew abt the process and could easily judge the proficiency of the service i was receiving . From the moment the process started , it felt wrong. The staff working on me kept violently pulling my hair while combing throughout the process. The bleach was applied almost 3times for approx 1 and half hour which left my hair frizzy and dry . The colour deposition was again a very painful process . They provided me with atleast 3 coats of color stating the color deposition was not uniform. My scalp and the roots were constantly paining and i kept on telling them that i was getting burning sensation on my scalp . Even after multiple complaints they dismissed my issue continuously. The whole episode ran for 4 to 5 hrs . After color i was taken for a wash and was made to sit for almost 45mins on the wash chair. It was both uncomfortable and painful. The result of the whole process was again not as expected, when i confronted the professional that there are patches of different shades in my head he concurred and told he will fix. The problem is after whole experience i was not in amood to go through the same things again now could trust the professional again. I paid full 7500 for this mess and will not be going to that salon again. I will advise everyone to not visit them as they are both rude unprofessional and lack basic skills”
