“I visited this café for lunch based on very positive feedback from my friends about the food. Unfortunately, my overall experience was quite disappointing. The food was good, but the service was quite slow. I was also uncomfortable with the hygiene standards of the staff member serving me. As a customer, I believe maintaining proper hygiene while handling and serving food is extremely important. The situation became even more unexpected when the same employee asked me for my mobile phone. I was genuinely surprised, as I did not find the request appropriate. I politely asked her to call her manager or senior so that I could discuss my concern. To my surprise, she replied, “I am the senior.” I had travelled quite a distance to visit this café based on my friends’ recommendation, but unfortunately, my overall experience was disappointing. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and pays greater attention to service quality, hygiene standards, and professional staff behaviour.”
