“I went for breakfast and the liked the place too. Breakfast was tasty 😋. I missed having tea as they do not have tea availability and without tea breakfast is not much fun 😊.. Rest all good.”
“Visited this restaurant expecting a comforting, authentic meal, but unfortunately, the experience was far from pleasant. The seating itself set the tone — old, straight-back chairs that were completely uncomfortable and made it hard to enjoy the meal. We ordered the Masala Dosa and Rava Masala Dosa, but both were served cold, as was the sambar. The lack of warmth in the food was disappointing, and to make matters worse, we had to ask for chutney twice before it was brought to the table. Overall, the service felt inattentive, and the food didn’t meet basic expectations. Sadly, it wasn’t an experience I’d want to repeat or recommend.”
“It was as if we were at the Villa Maya at Trivandrum. That quaint little eatery had really impressed me. As we entered the Athyeka at Noida, sector 104, there was a sense of deja vu. Lovely entrance and a beautiful facade welcomed us. On either side are the dining halls with very straightforward wooden tables and chairs. Not jazzy. Very dignified. As you climb up the staircase to the higher level, there is Athyeka boutique called Heritage. Think they sell sarees. We didn't enter the shop. Food was great. We ate Kerala prawn fry, chicken 65, Appams with veg stew and filter coffee. Prawns were spicy but tasty. Chicken 65 was good. The best was Appams and stew. The ultimate comfort food. Ambience as I said was simple yet dignified. This place has very good clientele. I must say the resident chef is good. My suggestion to him/ hear toss the prawns a little more in the masala. They were a tad undercooked. Prawns need perfect cooking time as we all know. All in all, a place to return to. Highly recommended.”
“Authentic South Indian cuisine”
“Peaceful , good food and lot of options”
“Went to have family dinner at Cafe Athyeka. The ambience is incredible and is set up in a typical South Indian manner, getting you ready to have good South Indian food. We had Rawa Masala dosa and Masala Vada. Everything was yummy as expected. The only minor concern I have is service was a little slow. Other than that it’s a great place to visit.”
